The soup looks terrific!! For the zucchini, what a great way to use the "big ones".


Sounds lovely that soup. Our courgette harvest is almost over, although I'm leaving a couple for seeds for next year, so a soup might just be the thing for them.


Thanks! It was pretty tasty if I do say so myself... :) And a soup actually worked quite well with this surprisingly cool August weather we returned to.
I saved some of the seeds from mine, too, to have a go at that, as so far I have only used bought seeds.
